If Only I Had More Pleasure
When we face challenges and trials in life, it is far too easy to turn to worldly pleasures to distract ourselves from our reality and problems. This even extends to refusing to come to terms with the futility of life without Jesus. Pursuing pleasure above all else leads to a selfish and empty pursuit that has us wondering why we are always tempted to go down this path.
